Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original ZOEVA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
